This service is for those seeking a beautiful design of their space but willing to shop and execute the room themselves. You get the same amazing design plan as the full service package but you save on the procument and management fees.
This is our most popular design service as many of our clients are excited by the process of putting the space together and executing it slowly over time and as budget allows.
What this service includes:
We will customize the packaged based on your specific space but typically includes:
- full room design with floor plan and visual scheme
- fabric selections for your furniture and window coverings
- paint and wallpaper selections
- furniture arrangement and space planning.
- a furnishing and finishing source guide (a mix of custom furnishings as well as retail sourced product that you can purchase yourself).
- design presentation in our studio and a pdf file to follow as a guide
What this service costs:
This service typically starts at $6,000
We will prepare a detailed scope of work with an estimate of cost. If you are not quite sure what your needs are in your space. For this service, a minimum budget will be required in order to supply a final design — the budget will be discussed during the discovery phase.
