Single Room Design Package

This service is for those looking for a complete room update and design. We will design a room for you, create your window treatments, select furnishings, accessories and then come into your space to pull it all together. We can work with existing furnishings where applicable and pull it all together with finishing touches and styling. 

What does this service include: 
We will customize it based on your specific space but may include:

• full room design with floorplan and visual scheme
• fabric selections for your furniture and window coverings
• paint and wallpaper selections
• furniture arrangement and space planning
  
• choosing furniture, fixtures, lighting and accessories for a space
• choosing materials and finishes for any room, including a kitchen or bathroom
• final execution: we can set up an install day to complete the final room design (pending all items are available to complete)

What are the phases to the project:
Phase 1: Consultation and Measuring
Phase 2: Concept and Design Plan
Phase 3: Execution and Fabrication
Phase 4: Final Touches and Styling

What is the cost:
After you complete the questionnaire, we will prepare a detailed scope of work with an estimate of cost. The minimum design fee is $1500 or a 10 hour retainer.

How to schedule: 
Complete the questionnaire and then we will contact you with a game plan. Once you approve your estimate, we will collect a deposit, book our first meeting (if part of your plan) and get to work!
