Once you place an order, you will receive an email notification. Unless an item is on pre-order or backorder, it will ship from Toronto, Canada within 3 business days.
Shipping Locations / International
Hemme ships worldwide from Toronto, Canada. For shipments outside of Canada, customers are responsible for paying any additional fees (ex: duties, customs, etc.). We do not ship to PO boxes.

Free shipping for orders over $250 in Canada.
Yes, we ship worldwide! Orders outside of Canada including the United States, will be based on weight and package size.
Free Curbside or In-person Pickup
Hemme is located at 39 Milford Avenue, Unit A1 in Toronto. We are here M-F 9-5. Please email or call us to let us know if you are coming in as we are by appointment only.
Pre-Order and Out-of-Stock Items (Quick Shop)
Inventory will be kept up to date online, but in some cases, products can sell out before we have the chance to update our website. If you purchase an out-of-stock item, we will contact you with an estimated stock date. If the date does not work for you, we will reimburse you 100% or we can suggest a similar in-stock item.
Some items will be available for pre-order and an estimated date will be provided in the listing, we will notify you by email when the item has shipped.
Custom Product Shipping
If you are getting an estimate on window treatments or custom sewing. Shipping will be quoted at the bottom of your estimate and added to your final invoice. The rates will be based on cost of local delivery or courier, or shipping outside of the GTA. In-person pickup can be arranged.
