From a single room to a whole home — this service is for those seeking the whole package! From initial design conceptualization to full installation and styling.
Specifically, we will design your space, create your window treatments, select furnishings, accessories and then come into your space to install, style and pull it all together (including fresh flowers to boot)! We store all the furnishings until the final reveal day!
What this service includes:
We will customize the packaged based on your specific space but typically includes:
- A "get started" questionnaire to gather pertinent information from the client, including inspiration photos.
- An initial site visit to discuss the project with the client, take reference photos and do a basic room measure (an additional measure day may be booked depending on the size)
- full room design with floor plan, elevations and visual scheme
- fabric selections for your furniture and window coverings
- paint and wallpaper selections
- furniture arrangement and space planning
- procurement of all furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting and accessories for a space
- management of project execution from start to finish, including liasing with trades and other suppliers
- final execution: we set up an install day (or two) to complete the final design and reveal the space to the client (painting and construction take place before the final install)
What this service costs:
This service typically starts at $8,000
We will prepare a detailed scope of work with an estimate of cost. If you are not quite sure what your needs are in your space. For this service, a minimum budget will be required in order to execute a final design — the budget will be discussed during the discovery phase.
