From light styling to full service staging, our team is ready to transform your property for a successful sale, model home showcase or a vacation rental investment. We start with a consult to audit your property for areas of opportunity and work with realtors, developers and home owners to provide a seamless service. Our primary goal is to maximize your profit on the property while making the space look warm, inviting and beautiful.

What our service offerings may include: 
We will customize the packaged based on your specific space but typically includes:

• An initial on-site consult followed with a comprehensive audit document of recommendations and a strategic plan. As well as an estimate for Hemme to complete the staging, based on what was discussed.
• Create a cohesive and customized design plan that is aesthetically pleasing and highlights to properties best features.
• Management of execution from start to finish, including liasing with trades and other third-party providers as needed. We offer the management of small home repairs, cleaning and fixture upgrades.
• Our skilled stylists install and style the property to the specifications outlined. We will also de-stage the property in the case of a home sale.
• We also offer marketing services like property website, instagram pages and printed brochures to aid the sale or marketing of your property.
• We provide condo and developer home styling and design for showcase units.
• We provide full design services for rental properties
• We will prepare a detailed scope of work with an estimate of cost.
